Overview

Mabey is able to offer a comprehensive Design, Fabricate and Supply service to support the development and installation of permanent composite bridging solutions. We can accommodate multiple spans of any length and any width to cater for the heaviest traffic requirements. Our composite bridges combine the benefits of a quickly erected and lightweight steel superstructure with the durability of concrete decks.

All our composite bridges are designed around locally sourced concrete deck slabs, whilst accommodating local manufacturing capabilities and concrete availability. Formwork for the concrete decks can be supplied either as proprietary formwork panels to facilitate in-situ casting or alternatively, as steel deck panels, which enable off-site concrete pre-casting and reduced site construction times.
