Innovative bridging solutions at DSEI 2017

The DSEI exhibition brings together the entire defence and security industry. Held in the London Excel Centre between the 12^th – 15^th September 2017, the event will see over 1,500 exhibitions from 42 nations come together – one of those being Mabey at Stand S4-358.

This year, Mabey will be bringing together the past, present and future, as we showcase the development of the Logistics Support Bridge (LSB)™ through the years. The roots of the LSB start in 1942 with the first bridge installation of the Bailey Bridge and since then, the Bailey Bridge has been adopted and modified to become the LSB. It has now become a major part of bridge engineering within the military, with 75% of NATO countries using or trained their soldiers to use the bridge both in conflict and in an emergency.
